All charges are for time out whether used or not. Rentals can be picked up the day before the event or the day of and must be returned the day after the event. We are not open on Sunday so all rentals must be in by 4 p.m Monday or late fee will be charged.
Fee is a charge based on delivery location. Prices do not include set up or breakdown of equipment or deliveries above street level. If these services are required arrangement must be made in advance of the delivery or pick up for an additional fee. Deliveries will not be made inside of home.
Do not place any linen (tablecloths, napkins, skirting etc.) in plastic bags if they are wet. A fee will be charged for any items that are lost broken, damaged or not returned. Glassware, trays, china, silverware should be rinsed and free of food after use before being returned. All items should be placed in contained that they were received in for pickup or when dropped off.
Cancellation of contract should be made 21 business days before the event day for you to receive full refund if not 10% will charged to your deposit.
Payment of all rental equipment is due on delivery day. Security deposits are required in advance. Overtime charges apply to work done on Sunday or before 8 a.m or after 5 p.m. A credit card or cash deposit is required for all rentals.
